The Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is Google's book-style foldable, built for buyers who want an 8-inch screen that folds down into a phone. It weighs 239g against 258g for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, a 19g reduction that is the most substantial physical change to the design this generation.
The 8-inch foldable LTPO OLED runs at 2076 x 2152 in a 1:1 ratio at 120Hz, rated at 2000 nits in high brightness mode against 1800 nits previously. The 6.5-inch cover display carries 1080 x 2342 at 120Hz, so both panels now share the same brightness rating.
At 374ppi the inner panel is less dense than any slab in the Pro tier, and the unfolded surface is plastic rather than glass. The 3600 nits peak figure applies to HDR content rather than general outdoor use.
The 48MP main camera moves to a 1/1.56-inch sensor with 1.0µm pixels, up from 1/2.0-inch and 0.8µm on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which should improve low light capture noticeably.
The 10.8MP telephoto stays on a 1/3.2-inch sensor and the 10.5MP ultrawide on 1/3.4-inch, both considerably smaller than the sensors in the Pixel 11 Pro. Video also caps at 4K60, where the slab Pro models list 8K capture.
Wireless charging rises to 25W over Qi2.2 magnetic from 15W Qi2, with bypass charging supported for extended use while plugged in.
The 4806 mAh cell is smaller than the previous 5015 mAh, and wired charging is unchanged at 30W with a rated 50% in 30 minutes. That is the slowest wired figure in the current Pixel range.
Unfolded it measures 155.2 x 150.4 x 5 mm, folding to 155.2 x 76 x 10.1 mm, down from 10.8mm folded on the previous generation. The cover glass is glass-ceramic, the back is Gorilla Glass Victus 2 with an aluminium frame, and the IP68 rating carries over.
Even after the weight reduction, 239g is heavier than every slab phone Google currently sells, and the folded thickness is still close to two conventional handsets stacked.
The Tensor G6 moves to a 2nm process with a 7-core layout led by a 4.1GHz ARM C1-Ultra, and all three storage tiers ship with 16GB of RAM, where the Pro and Pro XL start at 12GB. Wi-Fi 7 and UWB are included, and the seven-generation update window is active from launch on Android 17.
The fingerprint reader is side-mounted rather than the ultrasonic under-display unit used on the slab Pro models, and there is no card slot at any tier.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold suits the buyer who genuinely uses a tablet-sized screen for reading or side-by-side apps and accepts a 4K60 video ceiling and small zoom sensors in exchange.
